Whenever someone looks particularly healthy I like to buttonhole them about their their secrets. Today I bumped into someone I haven't seen in months who looked astonishingly radiant. Other people have disclosed this tip previously and I had previously dismissed it. Today 'Person X' put it down to a new simple routine she had commenced which included drinking a few glasses of hot water a day. Hearty to wake up to, as a snack somewhere throughout the day, or to end the night with. She said that your body processes this more as a food than a drink, and that it cleans you from the inside out. She did mention if you drink 'too' hot water, 'they' say it could lead to cancer of the throat, better to be safe and sip on the warm rather than excessively hot side. So much better than reaching for yet another cup of coffee. She also mentioned it is preferable to avoid drinking too close to meal times as it may dilute the nutrition you receive from your food. In any case her skin looked so clear, and she looked fantstic. Have been doing this tip for one day and feel more energetic already. With a squeeze of lemon could be nice too.
