Ultimate kitchen gadget - Soup maker for lunchtime soups every other day

The best kitchen gadget ever is a Tefal & Co Soupmaker. You just chop a few things up, chop them up into small pieces and throw them in, 30 minutes later you have a delicious perfectly blended and warm soup.

A soup we made today included:

Chop up into small pieces: 4 carrots, 2 small sticks celery, 2 small spring onions (mostly the bottom white part mainly and a little of the green), 1 clove garlic, one potato, and approx 3/4 litre of chicken stock, ideally home made (filling up to the 'maximum' line of the soup maker.

Ours is an older fashioned stainless steel one, am sure they are all much of a muchness. Totally worth the space in your kitchen. Only one gadget to wash.
