Top Tricks for Wannabe Magician: Ridley's Magic Set Cups & Balls (2 Tricks)

Would you like to add magician to your resume?

Youtuber Ali Abdaal mentioned (in one of his videos) he applied himself to a small number of magic tricks (6 could do the job) really well and was then paid to perform them at parties. It was apparently an unbelievable amount of fun to be able to walk up to people and say 'Hey, do you wanna see a magic trick'.

A fantastic magician, Matt Lemm is seen below performing what is known in the magic world as 'Cups & Balls'. These are the coolest tricks, perfect to collect for your magic repertoire of 6. You just stare and think 'Wow! How did he just do that. Magic!'.

It is pretty easy to learn the tricks seen in the video below. He demonstrates it so well. He has excellent hand moves that you can learn from too. The 'trick' is to watch it at 0.5 speed or slower approximately 30 times. Then practice until you can do it effortlessly. So much fun! Need to collect 4 more tricks for the collection..

My 3 year old has been an excellent assistant when performing these tricks. He has a wand and says 'Abracadabra, Ziggety-Zam, Presto, 1,2,3' which has made it a great family show.
