Peanut oil in wok - hot

1kg Beef rump - brown

1 and a half tins coconut cream (test)

AYAM 2 jars red curry paste

Add cream from jars of coconut cream, stir oil from top

Add one chopped onion

1 carrot

1 tspn kefir lime leaf

and meat and rice and cucumber salad

Cabbage is nice
